Not very common old army

Unusual old army, the roll mark is actually upside down. Don't think many are out there in this configuration.

I had an Old Army stainless with a 4 digit serial number with no prefix and the upside down roll marks and German proof marks.
I gave it to a friend who was a retired US Army Colonel. It was a soldier's revolver and belonged with a soldier.

Yep,, the reversed rollmarked guns are not common. Blued ones less common than the stainless ones.
