I have found this website to be fairly accurate for prices.... genitron.com
I paid a little over $400 for a new P90(blued) in 2008. I was in the same shop last week and they had the same gun priced at just over $500.
I don't know if prices have increased everywhere, or just this particular store.
If you can get that gun, in the condition you described for $350, I would say it is a good deal, IMHO.

Here's my 18 month-old track on the decocker version:
Ruger P90D 4-1/2 in Bbl Pistol in .45 ACP,. Bluebook of Gun Values (32nd Edition) indicates between $335 in 95% condition and $475 in 100% condition for this gun. I have 44 recorded prices for this model gun from $251 to $475 over a period of 6 Yrs 7 Mos ending April 8, 2010. The average price as of that date was $362. No refurbs, no refinishes, regular sights. Adjusted to two magazines. All represented as 95% or better. No distinction for import location or engineering revision, if any, no special editions, no distinctions for box, papers, tools. Current or last MSRP is $591.
Here's how the data charts out. Keep in mind better examples will command higher prices than indicated by the average trend, especially with box, papers, tools, etc. Also keep in mind the last data was a year and a half ago, so prices on the decocker version, at least, have probably increased to over $400.
