I believe that the biggest selling factor (price wise) will be the extractor. If it's dual extractor it will appeal to more buyers, which will probably increase your selling price.
About a year ago, some guy down south was building very high end .17 caliber rifles off the dual extractor receivers. He was paying a lot of money on GB for these models and drove the prices up single handedly.
I haven't been watching the prices since I sold mine off, but without a description/pictures and original parts (box/manual) it hard to give a price. There was a guy a month ago who was selling his dual extractor model on another forum, no box/manual but 4 or 5 extra clips for $600.00 and didn't get any takers..
