Evening,

Did Ruger ever produce various triggers.. such as serrated, target, smooth ect for the Security six? Also would the grips of a Police service and security six be the only guns grip that fit each other? Since the speed Six is a rounded butt and the RedHawk is a different design
Thank you

There were serrated triggers in some early Security six's I believe. Mostly smooth and no others. You are correct on the grips. There were some different grips from the factory. There were oversized factory grips and black rubber grips available also. Early Security six's had a "low back" grip frame and use a slightly different grip.

Old thread but my 1979 154 prefix 2 3/4" Security Six has the wide "serrated" trigger which I like a lot.
