have you seen the new auction on Gunbroker for the S&W 1854 and 29 ?

if you have take a look at the bid history and look at the high bidder , that person just started bidding last month , now has a A+ 14 bid history with over $62,000 in won auction and a high bid on the S&W of over $32,000

Who does that , all most 95 thousand in about 3 weeks

just go to the auction for the S&W , look at the Bid history , you will see that person is the top bidder , then just click on their rating ( just to the right of their user name ) and it will bring up a list of all the bids that they have been left feedback on , along with the item # for each auction , then you can go and click on each auction and see what they bid . it's possible that they have even more auction than listed , just might not of had feedback posted for them

We had a Forum member a few years ago that seemed to say "I'll take it!" to just about every handgun that was posted for sale. Then there was a pause and he put the guns up for sale one at a time.

He hasn't signed on in nearly 5 years

That is a cool pair of firearms. I know if id just one the Powerball I'd have that hanging up in my gun room- but I doubt collectors value will ever exceed the final auction price.

I’m curious, and I’m sure someone here will know. Will Ruger allow you to request a matching set of serial numbers (after the dash) ? I guess it would involve Ruger and Marlin… but a Vaquero/1894 setup would be neat…
