Runs from 12:01 A.M. Friday, August 30, 2019 and 12:00 Midnight Sunday, September 1, 2019.
Here's the official guide of what is and isn't Eligible and Non-Eligible Items. Bullets include factory ammo which is Eligible. You don't have to be a MS resident, but the usual rules apply for transfer of firearms to out of state buyers.
