Last fall at the East Coast Gathering, Contender pass out some Ruger Swag for everyone. He said it came from the local rep.

Anyway, my daughter “borrowed” my Ruger backpack. It’s really funny, she’s used it for some school functions. Nobody has said anything to her. Well, I think one of her friends told her his dad has a Ruger at home.

Anyway, we are headed on vacation and she’s using it at the airport today.

See ya’ll later!

I went to visit our son in Calgary a few years back and was going through Customs there. I was wearing my jacket with a large Ruger patch and my NRA Life Member patch. The agent asked was I a "gun guy" and did I hunt. I said I hunt moose and caribou and self-defence for bears. He asked what rifle I used. I was on "heightened alert" by now. I said I used a .375H&H magnum. After a long pause he said that's a lot bigger rifle than mine. I breathed a sigh of relief and moved on along.

You are quite welcomed Kevin! But the swag came from Ruger,, I just arranged it. :D

Glad y'all are enjoying the backpack!

I would have given him the "That's what she said!!!"
