Any experience with the 3 inch chamber 3 inch barrel version? Will Ruger makes something such as this. Hmmm a cool idea would be one on the Alaskan platform. 454+45LC+410

The .45 Colt/410 shotshell represent low pressure, the .454 Casull stratospheric pressure. Putting the .454 in the same revolver would require much heavier construction, beginning with the cylinder, negating the dubious "compactness" of the Taurus Judge genre.
The Judge and its clones rely on shallow rifling to give the shotshell any chance of not flinging pellets all over the place. The skimpy grooves are unable to bite a big slug, one reason many of these guns keyhole bullets at 15 yards.
If my observations have currency, numerous buyers of Judge type pistols have low familiarity with handguns and might be disoriented after missing with the first shot. On the other hand, yon bandit may be on fire... last seen running for the nearest fire station.

Not in my experience. The shallow groove does tend to lead easily with cast bullets, so a heavily leaded barrel might produce keyholing. With jacketed or copper-plated, there is no such problem. My typical 45 LC plinker re-load uses a 230 gr. hardball bullet, firmly taper-crimped just like on the ACP. I have recovered some from my bullet trap and found the rifling marks from the Judge are just as strong as produced by a Glock, 1911, or any other type of barrel.

That's great news!
I'd like to have a revolver that fired 410 shotshells with a 6" barrel that had a choke (like my 45/410 Contender) so it would make a viable hunting tool. The are merely a marketing gimic as they are now. You will never get decent accuracy with 45's, and 410's just spray shot all over the place without a choke.
