Subscription Guns - Subscriber Serial Numbers

Was wondering who is the subscriber with serial number ending in "00004", I think fairly recently this was Mike Fifer, but certainly could be way off! If that's correct I've got his KLCR-357.

If there a listing of subscribers and their numbers over time? Know a lot changed when the new regime came in and subscribers had to actually pay for their firearms. Many left the program at that time and numbers were reassigned.

Also interested in who had numbers 27 and 33, I have 3 guns associated with those subscriber numbers.

00027: SBC-4-50 & S-47N-50
00033: S-47N-50

Appreciate any help on these and possibly matching with their past or current owners.

Many employees and friends of WBR had acquired more than just their "number"
So, not sure if there is a black & white answer on the "old" stuff, and am sure the new model guns' number changed hands several times , and then were dropped before the service ended.

I remember seeing this lot on gunbroker years ago, thought that was pretty neat having a bunch of models with the same serial number. also a couple of one-of-a-kind pieces of Bill Ruger collectibles.

33 was Peter Barrett. I have a number of them.

“Barrett” makes sense, with relationship with Ruger and Pine Tree Castings.

I can check, believe this is new, unfited gun from factory, only testfired by Ruger, but will have to check my records.
