How are they working out? Reliable? Accurate? Do the 10-22 Aftermarket trigger/sear/hammer parts fit them? Picked one up and the barrel moved inside the handguard. With the front sight mounted on the handguard that can't be a good thing. I assume that just means the barrel is loose at the receiver?

Either that or the receiver was moving around inside the chassis?

The SR-22 is a standard 10/22 receiver with a mid-weight barrel all wrapped in a chassis from Nordic Components. All standard 10/22 action parts fit... some bolt handles may not be relieved to clear the side of the chassis, any barrel will fit.

I have both factory assembled SR-22s and some I've built from a Nordic chassis kit. None have any issues with loose fit.

On the factory ones, there is a plastic "V-block" up at the front of the hand-guard that is supposed to put upwards pressure on the barrel, just like one of the wood stocks.

It might be yours is not there, or not touching and adding pressure?

Thanks! Found brother Jeff Quinn's fine Gunblast Article. It answered most of my questions.
