Smithy Mill lathe

I lost my Dad in February. Trying to help my Mom sell a ranch/farm/upolstery/ custom fabrication lot. Was wondering if someone knows how well these combo mill lathe units work and to value? Im in Ca, ranch is on border of Idaho and Oregon. I should have more info on the unit tomorrow.
Its tough to do this so far away.

There are several on EBay and several used ones were in the $1500 range for their Granite model.
