No, not the character, but slight choice in reloading components. Stopped by my supplier recently and found shelves nearly bare. No bullets of any value to me, and no rifle or handgun primers, did have a supply of shotgun primers.
I was able to buy some powder, bought two pounds of Winchester 244, and noticed a generous supply of Accurate No. 5, both of these powders of good use to me. I did have a friend give me a pound of Accurate 5744 which I loaded .44 Magnum and .45 Colt. But taking some 18.0 grains, it went pretty fast. I'm down to about 400 large pistol primers. I did place an order with Missouri Bullet Co. for 1,000 .44 cal. bullets, expect about four weeks for delivery. I understand another gun shop has small pistol primers in stock. Maybe I've got enough loaded and components to last me for a little while and maybe things will get back to normal.
