We visited NRA Whittington Center last year during our NM elk hunt. I was looking for something that would be a long term memento and noticed a simple metal sign with these words: HOPE is the only thing stronger than FEAR.
I showed it to my friend who simply nodded. At the time, I was only 36 days from being nearly burned alive but still in the game and I think this little plaque says all there is to say.
