Standard Single Six or Super? Come with 2 cylinders?

standard single six one cylinder, I checked Ruger's serial numbers on there site no 400 range guns?

WOW! I just picked up my first old model anything...very close to yours. I found the same frustrating information as you. Found my SN in the mag only section even though it's an LR only. Hondo44 helped me date mine to 1965 (among other helps). :D

This link above is for the 22 Mag guns. Is yours Mag or LR?

Ruger's info on their site ain't the best. RENE has been a good investment for me.

This Ruger link is for the LR version but puts it in the late 1950's. Not sure that's right either.

Like I said.....Ruger's site has it as a Mag only when it's not. It's from 1966.

305543 1960
318696 1961
331116 1962

380392 1964
409921 1965

That Mag only list is bogus after 1964 because no mag only guns were made after #398349 in 1964.
However, it does have correct info for the missing years of 1963 thru 1969 on the 22 LR list that hittman linked to!

And confirmed by GasGuzzler above, starting with 351442 1963, but the earlier numbers and years are only correct for the mag only guns. Serial numbers for the LR and Mag only guns were intermingled in the 1963 & 64 years.

hittman, you dropped a digit. But right-on about Ruger's info. The list you linked, Ruger got right but it lacks the years given by GasGuzzler between 1963 and 1969 where the OP's # 4541XX fits. And it just missed being in a serial range of duplicated same model guns that was not stamped with a D as normally done on duplicated serial number guns.
