Sighting in a NM Bearcat?

Can anyone give some pointers on turning the barrel on a stainless Bearcat? It shoots well but consistently three to four inches right at 25 yards. So, I'm trying to turn the barrel using a couple of blocks of wood in a vise but the folks at the factory really know how to torque 'em together. It is a right handed thread?

Yes, right hand thread.
A entire book could be written on regulating the sights on a revolver. If it is shooting to the right then the barrel would need to be loosened but only a tiny bit. If it were me,I would widen the rear sight notch and it would need to be widened to the left to correct a right shooting condition. If you give the barrel length I will calculate just how much for you. Also,has anyone else shot it and does it shoot the same for them?

I must have really lucked out as all three of my Bearcat sixguns shoot right on the money out past 100 yards or so.
