I can adjust the rear sight on my ruger all the way to the left, and it will still shoot 1 1/2" to the right. Is their anything a man can do about this? Would Ruger do anything if I sent the gun back? I would like to keep it, since it is so accurate.

Hold the gun perfectly vertical and check to see if the front sight is canted. If it is, then the barrel needs to be rotated a bit to get the sight perfectly vertical. Then you should be able to get it sighted in.

You can give it to a gunsmith to do this work or contact Ruger to see what they say. If it just needs the barrel realigned, they should do it for you.

If canted to the left as seen from the rear the gun will shoot to the right and the barrel will have been over tightened. Backing it off may leave it too loose so it may need to be advanced one full turn to be properly torqued in. That requires the BC gap to also be adjusted and the forcing cone to be recut probably. Call Ruger but that work may be a job for a pistol smith Ruger most likely would replace the barrel to fix it. Since it is not a current model, they most likely do not have the parts and they may not do that kind of work.
A guy came up to our gun club last summer with a brand new Taurus DA .357 that was binding the cylinder against the rear of the barrel. To my and his surprise, I unscrewed the barrel with my bare hands!!!
