Just bought this one. It is a New Model, but has the old model barrel and recessed chambers, and the trigger is grooved. Well, please excuse my sucky camera. I think it is about to die on me, not that it was ever very good anyway. Here is the Super Blackhawk with it's new grips:

Anyway, I shot 50 lead .44 Mags, 50 lead .44 Specials, and 12 full blown butt kicking jacketed bullets. Never had to touch the rear sight, it was right on with all my loads (when I didn't flinch that is!) The only exception was the jacketed bullets shot lower than the lead, the opposite of what I was expecting. Had several groups that where cloverleaf and I would always throw one out. That ticks me off so bad. I shoot 12 shot groups as a rule, so it wasn't just one chamber that is off, it is me. Anyway, I think this one is a shooter, for sure. With the old model barrel and recessed chambers, that just makes it even better in my book.
