Ruger standard rear sight change

Can anyone tell me when Ruger changed the rear sight design on the Red Eagle standard? The first were just straight up, then they went to a longer ramped rear sight.

I believe the sight change is considered to be the "Type 7" Red Eagle. Starting with serial number 10850. It has a 1/2" dovetail vs the earlier ones with the 1/4" dovetail.
