I made a mistake and took my Super Blk Hawk to our Local gun smith, Mr BUBBA at the SMASH AND HAMMER GUN SHOP, first time I shot it the ejector housing fell off with screw still attached to barrel, I Needed a new ejector housing and screw, called Ruger service they sent me new parts free and they fit perfect my Super Blk Hawk is back in business.
I am very surprised that an American Co will give Americans such great service.

Ruger has given me EXCELLENT Customer Support a number of times over the years.

We've got kin to the "S&H Gunshop" here in the area.

I just sent in a new to me (hadn't even fired it yet) tang safety M77 because the scope rings were so wopperjawed they were beyond lapping. They sent it back with a new set of rings, polished the chamber, replaced the over travel set screw, test fired and provided a copy of the target and a new manual all at no cost to me. Great customer service indeed! Sad to think that this is not the norm for American companies these days.

I watched the decay of the American Companies it started in the early 70s the young worker (high school grad) was eat up with apathy, the just (graduated from college group) had their intelligence and common sense educated out of them. We have seen what has happened most companies have moved to other countries.
