Always follow owners manual.
I don't know how that ammo is rated.

I find myself wondering if you had a typo. Does the manual say no +P or no +P+? Most manufacturers will make pistols capable of shooting +P but not +P +. The standard for plus P is 5% higher pressure than standard 9mm ammunition. There is not an industry standard for plus P plus. It is easy to understand why a manufacturer wouldn't say it is okay to shoot ammunition of an unknown pressure through their guns.
If it does not say it is rated for plus P I believe you can get the same bullets in a standard pressure cartridge.

Okay I went & looked at the manual online. It says no +P+. You could shoot +P but if you shoot a lot of it you may increase wear on your pistol.

Thanks Mike don't plan on using a lot. Just sighting in and emergency use. ....Hornady 9mm +P Luger 124 gr FlexLock® Critical Duty....Will be using cheaper stuff for range work
