I seem to remember a few years ago I heard that Ruger had changed the way they chambered revolver cylinders.

The "old way" was something along the lines that Ruger had some sort of device with 6 cutters that cut all six chambers in the cylinder at once.

The "new way" was said that they had started using equipment that cut each chamber individually and the cylinder was rotated and indexed for each chamber cut.

I'd have to believe the "new way" would produce better results. Yes/no?? If this change in methods did take place, does anybody recall when?

Thanks.
