There is another post around here I started after one of these discussions. Ruger WILL NOT KEEP IT! But, and there is always a but, they must first send you a return authorization for you to send it back, that they will not do as they no longer stock any parts to support the Max. Remember, they destroyed over 5000 completed serialized frames and completed guns!!! :shock: :shock: I would love to hear from someone who did send it back and Ruger would not/did not return it. I DO BELIEVE that that did happen back during the frenzied period of the early to mid 80's when the top strap cutting and forcing cone erosion started to show up. I am a doubting Thomas, I need proof! I've recorded lots of stories about my brothers friend, my second cousins neighbor's uncle, etc., etc., etc. But so far.................................I need to write a book, maybe at least an article!! Coogs.
