Well,thanks to some people around here I found it! 600-16306 is eight (8) numbers away from the very last Maximum that was rollmarked (600-16314) This gun has the new "SRM" rollmark on the frame. It belonged to Joe Bowman legendary shooter/lawman. It was roll marked the last day of Maximum roll marking, 6/19/84 and was manufactured and shipped in August, 1984 to The Gun Guardian Center-Houston in Stafford, Texas marked for Joe Bowman.
