I finally going to do something about my lcp2 22lr it's a pretty accurate gun at 7 yds but man the damn slide locks back after almost each shot . So I email ruger they were very helpful they are sending me out a new mag I don't think that will solve the problem but I will try I have 5 or 6 ruger oem mags they do but I will start there and see if not I would have to send to in which I never did before sounds like a hassle . Anyway at least I got the ball rolling. I don't want to give up on it I like the gun thoughts

I had to send a 10/22 back to Ruger earlier this summer . For me it was a 20 mile drive to the FedEx hub . A small inconvenience , but about eight or nine days it was brought to my door . New stock and a note saying it had 20 rounds put thru it and cleaned . Can't beat that . 😊

I don't see how it can be the magazines... and if it is then they owe you 6 more new ones.... You'll probably have to send it in.... but it will come back better than new I suspect. Not like a woman. That's a joke an old geezer told me about never loaning out your chainsaw.... sorry....

I would just keep following up until they get it right. It may get annoying but I believe it will work as it should in the end. I sent something back to them once. It was returned in a timely manner with the problem corrected.

Mike that is exactly what I am going to do that sent a notice that the new mag will be sent out in 5 days or so I will test it with cci mini mags and blazer 22lr go from there but I did get a email back from them saying it's ok if I want to go thru sportsman warehouse where I purchased the gun and return it there so that's good no ffl fee . We shall see
