Ruger business office closed?

Hi all,
Am trying to get an RMA and shipping label to get a Ruger SA sent in for repair but the Ruger phone message is that the business office is closed due to unforseen circumstances yesterday and today. Anybody have any idea what is going on?

News report said major storms/flooding all over that area, maybe the issue.

That's odd, I called the revolver service line yesterday morning and got through with no issues.

I'm in Vermont and the roads I traveled today in Addison and Chittenden counties are OK but the river a mile from my house is over the banks and flooding the cow pasture. My son lives NE of Barre on some high ground but he sent a video of walking around Montpelier and the streets and parking lots are under water. They were headed to Barre next and promised another video. That's the Winooski River up there, and there have been news reports and yesterday a NWS emergency broadcast on the radio of flooding all up and down that one. I heard today that there are people trapped that nobody can get to until the water recedes. That area got 9-10" of rain in the last 2 days but today is sunny. I would suspect similar conditions in NH.
