That's not a factory case.
By looking at the gun, the eagle medallion is in the left side of the grip which tells me it has an A100 grip frame so is 1972 or earlier production.
But without a sn we can't tell you much about what its worth. Could be anywhere between $200 and $1500 or better (this last value if its marked ARMAMEX)
Need more info please. Ruger's made well over 3 million .22 pistols and thee are plenty of variations out there, most common but some very rare.

HHMMM, interesting, the medallion on the left side and the screw being low to the bottom of the grip tells us it is an A-54 frame?????
look on the opposite side ( right side) is the screw higher or lower to the bottom of the grip panel.........
I'd say its a RST-6, (standad auto of course) NOT in any sort of "factory" box /case. nice case though.....bottom line it is in the $300 price range maybe higher as the newer Blue books have them up there...........
the bolt face could easily be cleaned up, I'd look at the wear on the bolt and the interior of the lower ( grip frame) give you a better idea of how much it has been used if at all....nice looking gun
also if the warranty card is "correct" as to the 11 prefix and the 1972 it would be one of the last or late A-54 frames............

I don't have a clue about the pistol or box...

The cleaning rod has a round, and kinda looks like a CO2 cartridge for a handle??? is the handle 'plastic or maybe in fact a "used" CO2?? seems a bit smaller in size though..... nice touch,and the brass fittings are for holding the rod 'in place' nice job on the case....worth a few dollars
and yes, with the bottom screw on the RIGHT side higher than the left it is an A-54 frame, the early one, AND with a #11- prefix in the serial number should be right at the very end (transition?) according to my RENE
