I had this regular gray rodeo refinished with true color casing. Also had an action job done by Joe Perkins in Arizona. Haven't shot it yet but I think I'm about to.

I have done the same thing with Rodeo model USFA guns since under the matte finish they are the same build quality as the regular USFA guns.

This is one of the Rodeos that was redone and converted to 41 Special with Musk ox grips by Roy Fishpaw.

Who do you guys use for refinishing?

I used Alan Harton for refinishing one Rodeo to a high polish finish.

Joe Perkins at classicsingleaction.com has done some excellent action jobs on a couple rodeos I had and sent them out to be refinished in bone case hardening. They did a beautiful job I just don't remember who they were you can contact him for more information

I have noticed however that the ears on some of the rodeos dont match the hammer contour quite as well as as on the the more expensive finished ones still excellent
