Request for Fiber Optic Rod Diameter

Guys -

A while back I had a Novak front fiber optic sight installed, green, on the SR1911. This is the one:

While at the range yesterday, the green FO rod popped out never to be seen again.

Question - if anyone has this type of sight, would you be able to supply the rod diameter?

I tried measuring the empty apperture in the front sight with the calipers but I'm not sure the placement/fit is sound. I get .072". However, replacement rods from various vendors seem only to go to .060".

Any input woud be appreciated. I'd like to replace the rod with the right size.

That appears to be the answer, NikA: 0.08".

I'll order replacement rods from Novak.
