Remember the Ruger P-345?

I have a couple of them. I really like them. I would like to have someone clean the rear sight for me. I'm not mechanically inclined.
There are severals DIY videos online that show you how to accomplish this. It's not much more difficult than changing a light bulb if you watch and understand the video. If you haven't has any problems with your P345, Maybe it's best to leave it alone. Personally, I fell more comfortable having done it. Email me if I can help you in any way...even for moral support!.

Bought mine after I got older and the 1911 which I carried for four years was too difficult to handle. It was slimmer lighter and ergonomically perfect for my hand. Only thing I have changed is: I installed Mepro sights which have larger dots. EZ to take down, clean and re-assemble. Took my wife shooting and she loved it. I think it is a beautiful pistol and it is a tank which will probably outlast my son and G'daughter.

I was hoping Ruger would come out with a 9mm version of it. It never happened. They instead changed towards the SR9 which is not a bad gun.
