Remember the rainbow wig man?

I was flipping around on tv tonight and landed on the World Series. Admittedly I didn’t know who was playing when my wife asked. FYI, Tampa Bay and the Dodgers. Then it popped into my head and I asked her if she remembered the rainbow wig man who was often in the stands behind home plate? She didn’t, but I looked him up. I remember this guy... wondered what ever happened to him.
