Yes. The normal solution would be to replace the stock 17 lb mainspring with a lighter one (e.g. Wolff 12, 13, or 14 lb) but often the gun will FTF in double action. A trained gunsmith with a hammer/trigger jig could possibly change the sear angle a bit. They need to know what they are doing or one can hammer "pushoff" which is dangerous. Magnaport on their trigger jobs advertised 3.5 lb pull and I believe Bowen states 3.5 to 4 lb single action. This would be better than the 5.5 to 6.5 lb average out of the box pull in single action I would think. I doubt you could get a 2.25 to 2.5 lb pull as on a S&W that is tuned.
