Howdy, Anybody know where to find a white outline rear sight blade for a Ruger Blackhawk? I have tried Brownells, Natchez, Midway, Grafs, Ruger,MidSouth. No body has em. Also, does anyone need .223 brass? I have gobs. I have 12,000 loaded, so I don't need to reload for EVER. I have 200-350? Make me an offer and I'll send em to you! I'm looking for a red ramp front sight for a Stainless Blackhawk, with the pinned Frt sight. Any and all help will be appreciated. The Kid

As for the white outlined rear blade,,, keep looking. Try Numrich gun parts, or even Jack First gun shop in South Dakota. Just a few more places to look.
As for a red ramped front blade for a Blackhawk, Ruger didn't make any that I'm aware of. You have to customize one yourself. A bit of bright nail polish of your preferred color can work or you can see if a gunsmith can do an insert from a kit offered by Brownells.

Seems most every place is out of those rear sight blades. I would leave an order with Ruger Parts Ordering and let them ship you one when they become available. :D

Hey Kid, what do they want for one of them W/O rear blades from the factory?? and shipping?? I may have to dig in the 'parts' drawer but should have them....as for the red ramp, use nail polish, pick the color ( hue) or go to the hobby shop and get some DayGlo Orange, works REAL good.............
send me an e-mail.....................

My experience is that if you call to order (order - not ask for a free one - but order) a rear blade, and that is all you have that in your order, they will just say "here you go" and send you one. Can't beat that for customer service.

That's true. It costs Ruger more to process your payment than you pay for the part plus it's great cust. svc. But if their inventory is down and they need what they have for shipping product out the door, they will not take back orders, but Brownells will if it's available.

Maybe something has changed but all mine have the same blade, just without the paint, meaning, the groove is there for the white outline, all it needs is paint. If yours has it,I would just find some nice flowing, white paint and possibly a tiny artist's brush.
