Ruger agrees to build those guns.
Ruger put the order in to tool up for that model, and a specific number of that model.
When they get all the previous orders done, then they tool up & build the Lipsey's model/order.
Once that initial order is filled, they move to the next model in the que to build.
Ruger doesn't known when the next Lipsey's order will be put into production. And Lipsey's doesn't know either because Ruger doesn't know.
Demand drives how often a model gets built.
Few models have a dedicated line & isn't re-set to other models.
Sales & consumer demand can drive how often a model is put in the que.
It's possible that due to the issues they had initially of the JT model,, that it's been pushed back until all things can be worked out.
