Prayers for my daughter please

Thanks so much from me and the rest of my family! My daughter had multiple needle biopsies today, along with an ultrasound. Somewhere along the way they ordered up some morphine, and an NSAID, . For the first time in 6 weeks her pain level dropped from a 10 to an 2! Her vital signs are NOT IMPROVED. I am staying with her tomorrow. Dropped by after work today, and gave her a proper hands on Reiki treatment. Tomorrow I will incorporate more alternative modalities (I am a Naturopathic Medical Doctor)that are complimentary to the allopathic medicine she is receiving now.

Thanks! Pain meds changed, anti anxiety meds added, MRI today, and still awaiting all the biopsy results. This afternoon, her new pain meds have her pain level down to 6 from 10. Good Job gang!

I had a long talk with her pulmonologist at his request yesterday. With her vital signs getting worse by the day in spite of maximum oxygen, she may end up on a ventilator today or tomorrow. Her new husband is staying with her today. I am working. Thanks for all your support!!!

It is as you testify, and I am eternally grateful for the support! Her biopsies came back as cancer, but unable to tell what kind. So they will draw blood and look for specific markers for breast, ovary, pancreas, and colon. The lesions in her lungs, and, and pelvic region are “too numerous to count!” Her oxygen saturation’s are worse than a COPD patient who smokes, and she doesn’t! The oncologist was to the point. Doing nothing (on hospice care) she has 4-5 weeks, I think he is overly optimistic! With chemo? Who knows, cause it may make her worse initially. Thanks again guys!

Dern,, that's a rough diagnosis.

Folks,, this kind of stuff makes my heart weep. We as a big family here have had our share of ups & downs. But when a child of one of ours is stricken like this,, it just pains us all. We, as parents are supposed to be able to protect & care for our children. Yet,, things like this,, where we are powerless,, EXCEPT for prayer,, makes it that much more important.

Gramps; Sorry I am late to this thread (thanks frontier and computer) But you have my prayers for her that she may improve and beat the cancers.

Thank you so much. She was anointed today by the pastor and elders. Rotating out family allowing her to rest for 2 hour periods. The increased O2 Sats were followed by a crash. She is on a greater flow rate maintaining Sats in the mid 80’s. Normal is greater than 92%. I have been giving Reiki treatments, massage of head, neck, chest, abdomen, hands and feet. Hypnosis for relaxation and increasing immune response. Then placing Chakra Rocks in place along with using a quartz crystal “laser” in areas of pain. Another Naturopathic Doctor also aides her with breathing exercises, massage, and some herbs. The allopathic doctors are supportive of all this as complimentary medicine.
