I didn't go to prom until I was a teacher in the Peace Corps. It's kind of funny, the school I taught at didn't invite me. I went with this Russian woman who taught at the other school in town. One prom for both schools.

So I sat at the table with her school and their teachers. My school must have gotten embarrassed because they wanted me to switch tables. I said no.

The next year I was married, so I took my wife. And let me tell you, all the girls in my class were thrilled to meet her. It was so funny.

These days, when my wife and I go out to different functions, we always tell people she was a mail order bride. Nobody knows how to respond.

I don’t get this though, isn’t prom usually before graduation? Did you miss graduation also? What about the last few weeks of school?

My EX wife destroyed the pics many years ago.....My Sister has copies but.....you wouldn't believe it was me anyway....or that the gimpy clod I am now was the guy in the pic and ever scored a date like I did....the memories alone exhaust me......as a High School football and lacrosse player all I can say is Chicks loved our balls and sticks... ....

I missed graduation as well as prom. Our prom was the same week as graduation.

For real confusion wear a dress, or one of those barrels like you see in cartoons, works great!

High School SR year was all fun and games......Freshman year of College was too serious.....bailed and joined the Navy.....scored two years shore duty at Miramar right off the bat out of A School....that was fun and games also for a kid from Maryland.....but I think I peaked in the PI a couple years later.....

No idea where they are and taking the time to scan and post them seems slightly absurd although comical. I knew my wife in high school but we did not start dating until after so it would bring up some old bad blood if I got those pics out anyway. I did not go senior year, just junior year. It was not fun.
