I’m not sure how many people here follow a podcast. I watch 4 of them fairly often, because they are more educational than anything you’ll see on the mainstream media. For these to work for the people doing them, they have to get the best, smartest, straight shooters they can find or get because they are the people that most people want to see.
I’ll listen mine first in no particular order.
Joe Rogan, he gets some great people in, and he is always prepared for them he’s done the research and knows what people want to know and asks the right questions.
Shawn Ryan, former seal, he was a sniper, he was contracted to the CIA, he said his specialty was hunting people down and killing them. But he couldn’t do that anymore. He is well known for his skills and has access to some amazing people. He’s had the lady that found Osama Bin Laden (yes the woman)
He has an amazing show.
PBD podcast Patrick Bet David. Very sharp guy. Born in Iran he and his family had to flea, worked his way to America, was in the Army, started an insurance company, grew it and sold it. He is also a consultant for business people. It wouldn’t surprise me if many people here know of him.
Anything Gary Brecka is on, or his own podcast. This guy is a health genius. His theme is that Dr’s don’t actually diagnose you, they diagnose your symptoms, then prescribe the drug that takes care of those symptoms. The problem is, that could cause another problem. So he encourages people get a genetic Methylation test. That tells you what is actually wrong with your body and what needs to be added to your system. He thinks we are on the cusp of the greatest health resurgence in history. Much of what he recommends is no cost, but like anything you can take things as far as you want.
Interesting observation he suspects that after 35 the huge majority of people will never sprint again. Most people’s whole daily goal is comfort, which causes aging. Sitting is the new smoking.
What do you enjoy if anything.
