Pc9 magazine question

Hello everyone,

I know that the PC9 uses p89 magazines but in researching purchasing some 15 rd mags, i see that there are different magazines depending on manufacture date. Does it matter which mags I order ? Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter, you can use any magazine manufactured for the P-89, P-93, P-94 9mm or P-95.

First year of manufacture of the P89's the mag was slightly different...but those might also work on the PC9s.... not sure, but the chance of buying one of these older mags is slim to none.... I would suggest you stick with either factory or metgar ? mags....
simple way to buy mags for the PC9 is buy those for a P95....

But now that I'm thinking about it, I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and get it direct from Ruger:

The Ruger magazines marked "GOVERNMENT USE ONLY" with the smaller rectangular magazine catch hole work best in mine. Had no success with MecGar mags.
