Hope I'm in the right arena!! While not a Ruger topic, I'm hoping some of the guys here can help me with this. I have a few (50+/-) paper shotshells, probably half with a roll crimp and the rest with a star crimp. No old boxes for these, just loose shells. I was going to use them to dove hunt this year, but thought there may be some collector interest in them, but I have no knowledge of shotshell collecting. Maybe they are the basis for someone to start a collection? Or just good fodder for my 16 gauge 870!!! I also have some older plastic shells,16 ga, like the old Winchester Mark 5 shell from the 60's/70's. Same question- shoot'em or trade them to somebody who can use them for a collection. Thanks for any help. Just don't want to destroy shells somebody needs/wants. Hank in Va.

I just shot up a bunch of those yesterday dove hunting.
It was more fun than selling them.
With the price of ammo these days I would have to say all ammo is collectable.
