Pac Lite collectible?

I can't find the post, but somewhere, someone posted pictures showing Pac Lite upper pictures as "collectible" on Ruger rimfire autos.

I must have missed something in my absence from the shooting sports over the last few years, but why would Pac Lite be collectible? Are they not made anymore? Is there a 5 year wait like on certain brands of knives?

I just can't figure this out and it is running me bonkers.

Can one of you pros please chime in?

I must've missed it. Keep in mind "collectable" has about as much weight as "rare".

YES! That is the thread. I see someone else asked the same question on the thread. The poster didn't respond. Maybe he'll chime in on this one. Or maybe someone else will.
