p95dc frame

Is it possible to purchase a p95dc frame? I think I have enough parts to put together pistol but I don't have a frame.

Pretty sure the frame is the same on both guns. You can probably find a beater P95 for $200.00 or so, rebuild it as a DC, then sell the extra parts to someone like me.

I tried to get a new frame a few years ago and didn't even get the satisfaction of a reply from Ruger. I'm sure if the frames were available, the guys selling complete parts sets would be buying frames and selling complete guns.

The frame is the gun.... I'm pretty sure if you could find one then the cost would be close to the price of a new used one because of the federal restrictions.
