Compared to other much more expensive guns, I generally find that my p-95 has a better, more crisp trigger which predisposes the gun to a certain inherent level of accuracy. Im not the only one who thinks this, those who shoot my p-95 agree. Its amazing for such a low cost gun. I've paid much more and gotten triggers that were not half this good. Do any of you have similar experiences?

While I'm not crazy about the DA pull, the SA is fantastic. The only handgun I have with a better trigger in my S&W Mod. 19.
Don

I can't say I'm impressed with any of the P model trigger pulls. None of the several I have are all that good but I've never used many other DA/SA pistols either.

Dont get me wrong..I love my P95. But the trigger pull in dual & single on my beretta 92FS is in a whole nother league.
The P95 is buy far the best value in a new pistol though!

+1!!!

My trigger pull when new was nothing to write home about, but after a couple thousand trigger pulls watching tv, its is definitely fantastic!. Everyone who shoots my P95 comments on it. No creep and breaks like glass... Definitely the best trigger I own so far.... I'm getting ready to upgrade the trigger on my 10/22... I wish I could just transplant this one! lol :D

Couldn't agree more. The Beretta has an amazing trigger. Especially the SA. I actually don't mind the DA pull on the p95, it's the SA I don't like. I am actually more accurate shooting DA than SA with the p95. Weird.

No I do not agree.
I think the P95 has a pretty bad trigger. I doubt I just got unlucky in the two I own.
In SA they creep a tiny bit after pulling up the free slack, both of them exactly the same.
I love the guns, and they are as dependable as any gun ever made but the triggers suck.
My P93's don't have this creep, but every P95 I have touched does.

mccartjm,
Congrats...ya got one with a GREAT TRIGGER!

My old rule when bought my guns was to ask the shop to bring out 3 of the same model guns in stock.

Look them over close...if everything looked good...I would dry fire each...then choose the one with the BEST TRIGGER PULL!
Was amazed how different the trigger pulls were from just 3 choices.

My P95....owned for over a decade,and love.....came with a "Fair" trigger pull...not great,not bad......
{BTW,the trigger pull smooths with firing thousands of rounds ;) }

Nothing more than KUDOS....ya got a better gun right outta the box! :)
