When they get dirty they don't work? I've shot literally hundreds of rounds at a time of the Academy Monarch ammo that is the dirtiest stuff out there and it's functioned perfectly. The gun was so dirty and gunked up when I got it home that I was surprised it even cycled but it literally never skipped a beat.
P-95 for duty use?

Shouldn't the CZ P-07 be compared to the Ruger P95 instead of the CZ75?

I'd watch out on those 10 round mags, a local GS has mentioned that with the gun ban expired, so have the P95s with the 10 rounders. This was to a guy wanting to trade one in. I don't go there any more.
The P95 grips aren't that different from the Walther P38. Germany liked them. I must admit the P345 grips are more ergonomic.
I bought my P95 the first year it came out. Will pass it down to my grandkids, along with my CZ75, MKII, Bearcat etc.

Go to any bookstore and find The Gun Digest" Book of Combat Handgunnery"by Massd Ayoob and you will find every combat pistol used today and yesterday and he will tell you how well the ruger performs in combat and competions. They are rugged, and UNDERrated guns....I own 2 of them and don't care who says different. I spend my money based on value....not prestige of owning some more pricey brand name.

I have a friend who carried one in the early 90s with a very small police department and he had to supply his own weapon. They were addressed when I was in the police academy, in the early 90s, on how to disassemble them. Other than that, I never encountered one being carried by an LEO. I think that like my friend some carried them because the had to buy their own pistol and they were cheaper. But the more readily available used GLOCKs became and huge discounts to LEO purchases on new ones, no one continued to carry them.
