I would have to say "yes" most likely something like Ruger does with the Talo group and any of their list of distributors, the S&W used Lew Horton, Ellet Bros., and others too.........alas another in a very long line of "special editions" and any social , fraternal group, who wants to make a special or limited run..................

that is kind of my same question, McCormick as a "shooter" or as a "builder" ???? but it supposedly is built BY Colt, with his name and through Lew Hortons.........I put it over on the Colt forum and got few, if any answers, they question also.........duh
