My FFL was able to obtain one of the Lipsey's No.1S-C .45-70 26" barrelled models. It sounds to me like the second run of 125 is underway or has been made. While he was at it, I asked him to see if any of the GunBlast Africans were available and to my amazement, GB-0045 is now in my possession, which surely means that a second run was produced.
Both of these rifles have Circassian Walnut stocks and are far nicer than any rifle stocks I've ever owned. The GB in particular is very impressive. If it's not subzero or howling windy at my range this weekend, I'm hoping to give them both a try. The GB is going to get a 2-7x VX-II while the No.1 will wear an NECG peep sight. My slowly accumulated slush fund is now gone, but opportunities like this are what it was for.
