I have one, but unsure of value and having a difficult time finding out much about it. Planning on selling it and would like a ballpark value. Appears to be unfired in like new condition. Any ideas? Thank you
The AB is uncommon, especially in 7x57. I'm assuming you have one of the early '80s versions. If it's a non-prefix rifle from the late 1960's then it's a rare bird indeed, though I'm not sure they ever made one in that configuration/caliber back then.
As usual, value is whatever a willing buyer will fork over. I would say $900 as a minimum, depending on condition, originality and wood figure.
I sold a nice 7x57 AB not too long ago for @ $1100 w/o box and papers, nice but unspectacular figure, and a few minor safe dings. Got snapped up here fast enough that I may have gone a bit low.
