I don't have any NM's so I can't make a comparison, but am curious about whether or not a NM XR3-RED grip frame can be used on an OLD MODEL Blackhawk....??? If so, are there any modifications necessary to make it work???
Yes but you will need to make or buy a trigger plunger block. Easy to make or one of the custom guys can do it for you. You can find a article on Ruger grip frames by going to Cary C's site and clicking on grip frames on the home page. For the block this is Flatgates way of making one. I used aluminum.
