As if I don't have enough to keep me busy already. One build in the final stages,2 others pending parts availability, two stocks awaiting final choices on bbls and still two more planned out after these. SO...what to do? Buy another what else. :lol: I suppose I could've passed but I like it. A stock from one of the TALO "Classic" models with the basket weave checkering. 8)

Got a thought or two which direction this one will go but gotta wait and see.

Why would someone strip a special run, especially with a stock that pretty. I like it. How about an iron sighted, 20" barrel small game rifle? Hate to say varmint. That's a nice stock, and it could put plenty of rabbit/ squirrel on the table. Did my redneck just come out? :shock: lol

Not sure of the whole story but this and the French walnut stocks I've bought off another "Classic" model are via regular retailer and ship in factory boxes with labels indicating they're from that particular model. I don't get it either. regardless, I'm happy.
Pretty sure what I wanna do with it but gotta check of the profile of the bbl I'm wanting.

Thanx Ale... maybe, just maybe though I can slip, hit my head and make a "tacicool". :roll: I suppose I could get one of the barrel bands with the quad-rail thing to attach a flashlight, red dot, green dot and laser to. Then... Oh, I know some sort of oversized illuminated reticle optical device on top mounted with "tactical" rings. and a Picatinny rail 'cause Weaver style is obsolete now I guess. :roll:
Wonder if I can get a matching grain vented hand guard for this too. Better start ordering a bunch of super-high capacity magazines too. :roll:

Got the stocks today. I'm more than happy with this basketweave one. What they can do with those laser engraving machines is very impressive. To cut is one thing but they have texture on the weaving bands! I'm very impressed! Now to make a final decision on a barrel.

Not gonna be a $1000 build this time. Not a budget build, but not a top doller one either. Besides, my son likes this one too - hate to see a sad, pouting 8yo.
