New SR 22......Finally!!!

After a 6 week wait, I finally picked up my SR 22 yesterday. As soon as I got home, I unpacked it, loaded it up, and comenced to "anililating" a big maple stump! WOW! I gotta believe I am going to like this little jewel. All I had on hand was Remington Sub Sonics and was a little comprehensive about a cycling issue. After 100 rounds, not one FTF or FTE. I wish I could find some CCI's or higher velocity rounds around here, but as many of you know, the little ba$tards are hard to find. To many greedy bastards out there that spend all their time going from one store to the other snatching up as many "double duce" rounds as they can, but thats another subject. I was really surprised at how sighted in it was out of the box. Going to be a cool little companion to my SR 40 and a lot cheaper to shoot. This will be my go to carry for strolls in the woods to do a little plinking. I just hope the 22 hoarding will someday stop!!!!

Great little pistol, i tried the CCI quiet Sub Sonic in mine and they would not cycle and they were not vary accurate. Every other brand and type of ammo has worked flawlessly though and the Stingers are the most accurate with Mini-Mags almost as good.
