New Bisley .22

Does anyone know if the .22 Bisley's being sold now have the new model actions? I've seen them with the warning on the underside of the barrel and wondered if they are like the other new single actions with the hammer loading notch instead of the loading gate interconnect. Thanks, DB30

All single actions produced since 1973 have the New Model action. The only exceptions are the Bearcat which has a half cock notch and a transfer bar and the Old Army which has a traditional half cock action.

I thought so but wondered if there might have been a recent upgrade by Ruger. Appreciate the info, DB30

It certainly would be nice if Ruger would 'upgrade' to the 'Old Model' action . Not going to happen though....
