My Paypal problem!!!!

Actually.. I don't have one...
The story goes thusly......

I just sold an item on etsy.com
I just started listing there again, and after so long away, I had forgotten what email address and paypal account I had used to send payments..
Well as it turns out the payment went to the paypal account that used the ak_leather, yahoo address, that Yahoo had deleted from lack of use!
So there I sat, unable to access either the paypal account or the yahoo address, I would have used to get the login info for the paypal account..!!!
So I called up paypal on a saturday afternoon (4:30pm AK time), and within minutes was speaking to a human being!!
Not only was this young woman friendly, and polite, she had my account problems and the money switched into the right account within a very short time...
She even took a few minutes to ask me about Alaska, as she wanted take a vacation up here. I gave her what advice I could after years of seeing tourists over paying and under seeing...
It was another very good experience with them, and I can't honestly say a bad word about them...
By the time I had hung up the phone, I had an email stating that the transfer was in process...
And yes... the purchase was gun related... never been an issue...

Good job. From time to time I have had to call either Amazon or Ebay or other big internet companies. It takes some time to get there phone number. But being able to call Amazon on Sunday morning and like you said, talk to a human being, is quite nice.
